Every time I gaze at Fire & Ice, (the fifth and next to last new tropical shirt in Mad Gringo’s popular Beta Collection, but who’s counting, right??) those song lyrics leap into my mind. And, of course, once there they seem to never leave…
This kind of thing happens to me a lot. After consulting with a neurologist, he provided a detailed map of my accessible memories which explained a lot. Here are the results…

Of course, this got me wondering about what Benatar might be doing, now. A little exercise by my Google-skilled fingers, and I found this recent picture of her…
No. Wait. Stop. Hold on a second.
That’s not the right one – that picture is Barbie shortly after her 50th birthday party.
Here’s "Present Day" Benatar…
Yeah, it looks like there’s still plenty of Rocker in her.
And there’ll be plenty of Fire & Ice for you too when you sport Mad Gringo's fancy all-new Tropical Shirt. Trust me on this.
Just try not to get caught humming the song in public. Better to be thought old, than to (badly) sing and remove all doubt!
